Competition Terms & Conditions.

1. Offer ends 4th April 2008. All entries must be received by end of business on this date.

2. This game is intended for UK residents only. Entries will not be accepted from non-UK residents.

3. Only one entry per person will be accepted.

4. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted.

5. No responsibility can be taken for any lost, damaged, unreadable or mis-directed entries. No discussions will be entered into about lost or invalid entries.

6. Only original entries made online which are fully verified will be accepted as entries to go in the draw to win.

7. No purchase is necessary to go in the draw to win.

8. The winner of the Nintendo wii console will be the highest scoring entrant on the leader board at the end of business on the closing date. 5 Runners up prizes of Nintendo DS consoles will be drawn at random under the supervision of an independent third party.

9. Winners will be notified via email and will have 10 working days to respond and accept the prize. In the event of no response the promoter will attempt to contact the winner again via reasonable means of correspondence based on the information available to them. In the event the original chosen winner has not responded at this stage to the promoter's correspondence about the prize notification, the promoter has the right to choose a new winner and the same rules will then apply.

10. All prizes where appropriate will be delivered via courier and will require the winner themselves to sign for the prize. Another person may do so if the promoter is advised in writing from the prize winner of whom they wish to accept it on their behalf.

11. Prizes are non-transferable.

12. The winner must please allow 28 days for delivery from notification of winning the prize.

13. Minimum age for entry to this competition is 18 years old. See relevant terms and conditions below.

14. There is no cash alternative available for any of the prizes on offer.

15. No discussion will be entered into with any person who tries to claim the prize outside of the above set parameters.

16. This offer is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

17. This competition is not open to employees, associated agents or anyone concerned with or related to this promotion, or NICORETTE®.

18. If a prize is for some reason unable to be fulfilled, a prize of similar style and of the same or greater value will be made available as a substitute. In this circumstance, the substitute will be chosen at the promoter's discretion and no discussion will be entered into.
