Once there you’ll find information that’s topical to the quit smoking stage you’re in that will help you in your efforts to remain smoke free.
We’ll guide you through managing your thoughts and feelings while you’re giving up smoking, and help you overcome the challenges you face in your smoke-free life.
Your progress monitor keeps you motivated to stop smoking and resist the urge to smoke by showing you all the headway you are making, from how much you’re saving to how much your body is changing.
We’ll ask you to nominate your friends and family to support you while you quit smoking, and ActiveStop will encourage them to help.
At the end of each day we’ll text you to find out how you are progressing with stopping smoking.
