The promotion period starts on 26.12.2020 at 12:01am and ends on 31.03.2021 at 11:59pm.

  1. Purchase one of the qualifying NICORETTE® products from any retailer in the UK within the promotion period.
  2. Use the product as directed on pack.
  3. If after 14 days of purchase you don’t love the flavour, fill in the money back guarantee claim form on the Nicorette.co.uk website (here) and provide proof of purchase via an itemised store or online valid receipt showing the receipt number, the qualifying NICORETTE® product you purchased, the price you paid for it, the retailer you bought it from and the date of the purchase within the promotion period.
  4. You have until 1 (one) month of purchase or the 30.04.2021 11:59pm (whichever is earlier) to make a claim. Claims received outside of this date/time will not be processed.

The offer applies to UK residents only, excluding NI, ROI, IOM, and Channel Islands, who are 18 years or over, except employees and their families of Johnson & Johnsons Limited subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.

You can submit only one claim (regardless of product type, flavour, strength, or pack size) per household during the promotion period. No bulk or 3rd party applications.

Unfortunately, you are unable to claim without a valid receipt. With every claim a valid itemised receipt is required to verify your purchase.

Unfortunately purchases outside of the promotion period cannot be accepted.

Regardless if there is a price promotion or not, you can still make a claim provided it is for a qualifying Nicorette® product and you follow the steps in the “How do I claim?” question.

Please use the product for 14 days before attempting to claim your money back. The claim can be made after you have used the product for 14 days if you don’t love the flavour. You then have until one month after the date of purchase or 31.04.2021 11:59pm (whichever is earlier) to make the claim. Claims received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.

You must keep the following as proof of purchase:
- itemised store or online valid receipt showing the receipt number, the qualifying NICORETTE® product you purchased, the price you paid for it, the retailer you bought it from and the date of the purchase within the promotion period.
Please note that some receipts may show the date on the reverse and therefore it may be necessary to upload more than one receipt image.
Receipt images must be uploaded in .png, .jpeg or .pdf format. Any original receipt provided must match the receipt submitted with the online claim form.

If you submit a valid claim, you will receive money back for the qualifying NICORETTE® product purchased via bank transfer. Please ensure the details you enter on your claim form are your correct bank details, as these details cannot be amended or changed after the submission.

Should bank details not be provided in the money back claim form, or if they are invalid, the refund will be awarded in the form of a sterling cheque (GBP) made payable to you within 28 days of receipt of your claim.
If the refund is awarded via cheque, you are responsible for ensuring the cheque is cashed before its expiry date.

You will get the amount listed on your proof of purchase provided it is £22 or less. If the amount £22 listed on your proof of purchase exceeds £22, you will receive £22.

If multiple qualifying NICORETTE® products are purchased in one transaction, the offer will only apply to the nominated qualifying NICORETTE® product you will list on your claim form. You can submit only one claim (regardless of product type, flavour, strength, or pack size) per household during the promotion period.

You will receive the funds through bank transfer on the bank account specified in the claim form, or through a cheque sent at the address indicated on the claim form, typically within 28 days of the date of submission of a valid claim.
