What was my smoking habit?:

I have been smoking since I was a teenager. Currently I have been smoking 40 cigarettes a day.

My reason to quit smoking:

As I’m getting older I am noticing that I am getting a bit of a cough and it would be nice to not be out of breath and to feel healthier.

  • Reduce your cigarettes first as a building block to quitting
  • Persevere, its challenging but you will feel proud of yourself when you are finally smoke free.
