What was my smoking habit?:

I smoked between 5 and 10 cigarettes a day, but when I’m on a night out my smoking habit could double!

My reason to quit smoking:

A lot of my friend are quitting smoking because they are having babies or getting married. I feel like the last woman standing and I realise its now time to give up smoking! I also want to get better and running up my hill.

  • If you have a slip up don’t give up, just get back on track!
  • Replace your cravings with something healthy. I’ve been making smoothies.

  • Feel more present when I’m with friends as I don’t have to go outside for a cigarette
