My motivation: Self-care and self-development
Previous Smoking Habit: 6-7 cigarettes a day

What was my smoking habit?
It started as a social thing, over a few years socially became more of a habit.
My reason to quit smoking:
I wanted to stay true to what I was preaching about self-care and self-development.
My partner had just given up smoking, I thought if he could do it then so could I.
Benefits of quitting smoking:
Going to the gym and going up the stairs, I don’t feel completely shattered.
My top tips to quit smoking:
The working environment has been really hard for me, you’re like I’m not going to go outside because you know that the smell is going to come and set you off again.
My partner has really helped me.
